You are capable of achieving everything through Christ.

Where I move you move

God commanded the priests, specifically chosen and consecrated for their holy duties, to carry the Ark upon their shoulders. This was not merely a physical task, but a spiritual one, signifying their role as mediators between God and the people. Their obedience to this command demonstrated their reverence for God's word and their commitment to His service. The weight of the Ark was symbolic of the immense responsibility and privilege bestowed upon them. They were entrusted with bearing the very presence of God, a task that demanded utmost humility and dedication. As they stepped forward, guided by faith, they demonstrated the power of obedience to God's commands. The story of the priests bearing the Ark provides profound lessons for believers today. It reminds us that obedience to God, even when it seems difficult or challenging, is a pathway to experiencing His blessings and presence. Their faith in carrying the Ark signifies that trusting in God's promises allows us to overcome obstacles and fulfill His purpose in our lives. This enduring image inspires us to be obedient to God's word, walking in faith and trusting in His guidance, even when the path ahead is uncertain. May we all find strength and inspiration in their example, embracing our roles as bearers of God's presence in the world. When it was time to move, God spoke through His prophet to instruct the people, “Thus says the Lord.” The Ark of the Covenant was to be moved as commanded by His servant, Joshua, the leader. The Israelites understood to follow Joshua’s words because they came from the Lord. After Moses’ death, God appointed Joshua to lead the tribe. Joshua commanded, “When you see the priests move with the Ark of the Covenant, then you must move.” He established strict guidelines for the Israelites to follow. God used the same guidelines to follow His word. When it was time to move, God spoke through His prophet to instruct the people, “Thus says the Lord.” The Ark of the Covenant was to be moved as commanded by His servant, Joshua, the leader. The Israelites understood to follow Joshua’s words because they came from the Lord. God is giving us the same guidelines to follow His word.
