Sweating is a good thing because it helps remove toxins from your body. It's a natural process that occurs in the deeper layers of the skin and comes from glands that regulate temperature, keeping you cool. This is especially true during exercise, which is a healthy practice that benefits your core. Similarly, faith also requires exercise; when we actively practice our faith, it helps us grow in Christ and eliminate anything that isn't aligned with the fruits of the Spirit. God’s Spirit works within us to cleanse us of toxic sin. As Hebrews 11:6 states, "And without faith, it is impossible to please God." Exercising our faith involves embracing the truth in the Spirit, and reading His Word helps us ensure we are approved in His sight.
