Breathe: Finding God in the Stillness
Pause. Take a deep breath. Look around. In the rush of daily life—appointments, grief, to-do lists, healing, motherhood—it’s easy to forget the sacred power of a simple breath. I created this image as a reminder: sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do is stop… and notice. The world is noisy. Trauma is loud. Even our thoughts can spin so fast we forget we’re still God’s beloved, breathing creation. When I stood by the water that evening, wrapped in silence, I could feel the Lord whisper: “I’m still here. In the sunset. In your exhale. In this very moment.” That silence wasn’t empty. It was full of His presence. “Be still, and know that I am God.” — Psalm 46:10
